Duties/Responsibilities
- Trains and supervises store staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Assigns jobs and projects to staff to ensure deadlines are met safely and accurately.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the online store and order processing, shipping and returns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintains website functionality, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborates with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to the website and payment system.
- Ensures all product listings are accurate, well-described, and visually appealing.
- Analyzes sales data and trends to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Develops and implements promotions, discounts, and special campaigns to boost sales.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to drive traffic to the online store through social media, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
- Ensures product pages are optimized for search engines and conversion rates.
- Performs purchase, receipt, and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
- Uploads product descriptions and creates codes for new products.
- Implements systems to track and reduce stock discrepancies.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of the store’s procedures and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to keep accurate records.
- Proficient with G-Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), digital marketing, and inventory management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track sales metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in e-commerce, online retail, or store management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
