Store Supervisor - #907

About the role

Sheetz is seeking a self-motivated, dependable and efficient Supervisor with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. In this role, you will lead by example, engaging customers with hospitality and working with your team to ensure a great experience at every visit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)

Pay

• Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am
