$1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment). Additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm–6am.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
- Prepare quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, quickly, and friendly.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
- Manage in-store inventory, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years or older in VA for certain tasks).
