Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store with greetings and top‑tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a cohesive team.
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 lb (and assist another person in lifting 40 lb).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks).

Pay

Additional $1.50 per hour for working the 10 pm–6 am shift.
