Store Supervisor - #631

Additional job information: $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment). Additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm–6am.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel as a cohesive unit.
• Oversee in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
