Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top‑tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely, quickly, and friendly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform as a cohesive team.
• Monitor inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 lb (assist another person in lifting 40 lb).
• Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 years old for certain tasks).
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Pay

Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10 pm and 6 am.
