Store Supervisor - #371

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel as a team.
• Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
