Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and motivate your backroom team to execute your vision while providing exceptional service.
• Offload and load trailers of furniture to be assembled, arranged, and displayed on the showroom floor.
• Assist customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor to ensure an ideal shopping experience.
• Uphold Raymour & Flanigan’s safety practices, promote awareness, and maintain a neat and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Commitment to professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and exceeding 200 lbs.

Qualifications

Backroom/warehouse and inventory experience is a plus.
