Store Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in choosing pet products.
• Show customers how to care for their pets.
• Engage with the store team and reinforce operational procedures.
• Communicate opportunities for improving community engagement or store performance.
• Perform nail trims on pets as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment, including a forklift, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
