Store Shift Lead

About the role

We are hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at one of the largest national gasoline and convenience retailers with more than 1,700 stores in 27 states. Join a team where you can be empowered to grow and make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer’s requests and concerns
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform job-related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, ensuring plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

Shift Lead Salary Range: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Assistant Manager Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
