Store Shift Lead

About the role

We are hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at one of the largest national gasoline and convenience retailers with over 1,700 stores in 27 states. Join a team where you can grow and be empowered to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives
• Perform job-related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, handle backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, ensuring plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

Shift Lead salary range: $11.00 – $11.50 per hour

Assistant Manager salary range: $12.75 – $13.25 per hour
