Store Schematics Coordinator
About the role
The Schematic Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market maintains the overall Non-Perishable Schematic integrity in their assigned store. This position conducts weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, ensuring compliance with all company schematic guidelines. The role requires working quickly and accurately to support merchandising integrity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary schematics contact at the store and provide the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator, and Department Managers with notice of reset changes.
- Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
- Support an active selling culture and positive customer experience by ensuring categories are set according to store schematics.
- Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and Assistant Store Managers to maintain schematic compliance and ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase.
- Complete weekly Reset/Speed-to-Shelf (STS) activities as directed by the Support Office.
- Execute schematics in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures.
- Obtain sign-off from the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
- Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department regarding any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
- Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Ability to read schematics and price tags, hang price tags and signs, and use good vision to set schematics.
- Ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics, as well as use a step ladder.
- Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., from 1” to 34”, up to a distance of 8 feet for up to 1 hour.
- Expected to walk up to 4 miles per 8-hour shift.
- Ability to conduct repetitive crouching, kneeling, or squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $29.15 per hour. Pay is determined based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
