Store Sales Representative
About the role
The Hillman Group is an industry leader in builder solutions, delivering over 114,000 products to top home improvement retailers nationwide. We are seeking motivated, hands-on team members to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores
- Keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong
- Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
- Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
- Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
- Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
- Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
- Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
Requirements
- Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
- Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay
$18–20/hour (based on experience)
