Store Sales Representative

About the role

The Hillman Group is an industry leader in builder solutions, delivering over 114,000 products to top home improvement retailers nationwide. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Store Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and represent Hillman in stores
• Keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong
• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

Requirements

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
