Store Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC Brands, and how to help in a store.
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Support general store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based, along with a satisfactory driving record, in order to drive for the company and deliver products as necessary.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.

Pay

The starting pay rate is $23.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule is for Full-Time Day Shift, scheduled within typical store hours (Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm, Saturday: 8am – 12pm, Sunday: Closed).
