This position supports retail and contractor customers by providing product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Sales & Delivery Associate helps drive sales success while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
Responsibilities
- Transport products from our store to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols, including pre-trip vehicle inspections.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Load material to the vehicle per PPC Standards.
- Support store operations as needed.
- Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
- Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
- Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
- Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required, must pass all background items and physical.
- Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support.
- Ability to work scheduled hours as needed, including flexibility based on business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).

Pay
$18/hour.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
- Saturday: 8am – 12pm
- Sunday: Closed
