What You’ll Do

• Help ensure the culinary and food & beverage teams have the products and supplies they need
• Receive and organize food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• Check, store, and rotate products properly
• Maintain accurate inventory and organized storage areas
• Fill departmental requisitions and distribute supplies
• Keep storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean and sanitary
• Monitor product quality and expiration dates
• Aid with vendor deliveries and receiving transactions
• Communicate inventory concerns to culinary leadership
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage standards

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, organized, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inventory, warehouse, storeroom, food service, or related experience preferred
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working around coolers and freezers
