STORE ROOM CLERK

About the role

Support the inventory and logistics operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regular cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory storage area.
• Make parts runs and drop-offs as needed.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests for critical parts or supplies.
• Unload delivery trucks via forklift.
• Collaborate with purchasing, maintenance, and production teams to understand immediate needs.
• Prioritize and expedite deliveries based on urgency of request.
• Ensure the company vehicle used for parts running is well maintained.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling and transporting parts and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education; trade school or college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds.
