Store Receiving - Receiving Lead - Full time

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming H-E-B / DSD loads
• Maintains wareroom / backstock organization
• Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
• Monitors / manages stock levels; communicates with managers and vendors about upcoming deliveries and vendor backstock
• Verifies incoming truck seals; completes seal reports
• Loads / unloads trucks; moves heavy, bulky product to storage areas
• Maintains proper backroom product rotation
• Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
• Maintains stock levels; communicates with managers and vendors about upcoming deliveries and vendor backstock
• Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Age Requirement: 18+
• Experience in receiving, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading others (plus)
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Understanding of basic financial functions, advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, advanced planning and organization skills, strong communication skills, analytical skills, PC skills, in MS Office (Word, Excel), and H-E-B systems
• Licenses/Certifications: Certified Receiver, Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training
• Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Constantly bend, kneel, stand, reach, squat; demonstrate the ability to lift loads up to 60+ lbs
