Responsibilities
- Receives incoming H-E-B / DSD loads
- Maintains accuracy of invoice payments
- Maintains wareroom / backstock organization
- Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
- Monitors / manages stock levels; communicates with managers and vendors about upcoming deliveries and vendor backstock
- Verifies incoming truck seals; completes seal reports
- Loads / unloads trucks; moves heavy, bulky product to storage areas
- Maintains proper backroom product rotation
- Maintains sanitation / cleanliness standards for incoming merchandise
- Maintains stock levels; communicates with managers and vendors about upcoming deliveries and vendor backstock
- Monitors / coaches other Receivers
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Age Requirement: 18+
- Work Experience: Experience in receiving, in a fast-paced environment; Experience leading others a plus
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Understanding of basic financial functions; Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills; Advanced planning and organization skills; Strong communication skills; Analytical skills; PC skills, in MS Office (Word, Excel) and H-E-B systems
- Licenses/Certifications: Certified Receiver; Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training
