Store Receiver - Part Time

Business Development$17.5–$30.2/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, the posting includes description: "Performs receiving, accounting, and distribution operations associated with incoming product deliveries for all store Teams." Then a paragraph about Whole Foods Market Retail jobs requiring positive image, etc. Then "Job Responsibilities" list of duties. Then "Job Skills" list. Then "Experience". Then "Physical Requirements / Working Conditions". Then note about document purpose etc. Then "The wage range for this position is $17.50-$30.20 Hourly, commensurate with experience." Then "Whole Foods Market offers 'Whole Benefits'..." then EEO etc. Then application instructions etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip EEO paragraph, the note about job sites, etc. Also remove the note about purpose of document? That's not boilerplate but maybe considered generic? It says "Note: The purpose of this document is to provide a general summary..." That's generic but maybe we keep? It's not substantive? It's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: responsibilities, skills, experience, physical requirements, wage range, benefits description. We need sections: About the role? The initial paragraph describing role could be "About the role". Responsibilities: list under Job Responsibilities. Skills: list under Job Skills. Experience: maybe under Requirements? Or Qualifications? The posting has "Experience". Could be under Requirements. Also "Physical Requirements / Working Conditions" could be under Requirements or a separate section like "Physical Requirements". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: Experience -> Requirements (or Qualifications). Physical Requirements could be under Requirements as well. Benefits -> Benefits. Wage range -> Pay. Schedule? Not explicitly given except mention flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. For Pay we have actual range $17.50-$30.20 Hourly. That's specific, so include Pay section. Benefits: description of Whole Benefits. Include. Schedule: mention flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed. That's specific. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Pay

The wage range for this position is $17.50-$30.20 Hourly.

Schedule

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat any boilerplate. We removed EEO, note about document purpose, job sites, application instructions, etc. Check duplication: The schedule bullet appears also in Requirements; we have schedule also as separate section. Might be duplicate but it's okay to have both? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading ... do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It didn't forbid repeating content across sections. However we might want to avoid duplication. But schedule is already in Requirements as a bullet; we could keep it there and not have separate Schedule section. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Schedule has specific content: flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed. So we can include Schedule section. It's okay if it's also mentioned elsewhere. We need to ensure we didn't include any fluff like "commensurate with experience". We omitted that from Pay section (just range). Good. Check that we didn't include any legal boilerplate: we removed EEO paragraph, note about document purpose, job sites, application instructions, etc. Check for any leftover: The paragraph about "Note: The purpose of this document is to provide a general summary..." we removed. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: We have "Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed." appears both in Requirements bullet and Schedule section. That's duplication but maybe acceptable. Could remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. Let's remove that bullet from Requirements to keep it only in Schedule section. However the physical requirements bullet list includes many items; we can keep schedule separate. Let's adjust Requirements to exclude that schedule bullet. Now Requirements list: - 12+ months retail experience. - 12+ months working in a distribution or receiving related environment preferred. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds. - In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours. - Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. - Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching. - Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals. - Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit. - Ability to work in a wet and cold environment. - Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, knives, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, six-wheel carts, balers, and other heavy machinery. Now Schedule section: "Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed." Now check if any other schedule info elsewhere: Not needed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial paragraph about role includes all that. Good. Responsibilities list includes all items from posting. Let's verify we captured all: From posting: - Verify actual product against Purchase Orders and/or supplier paperwork. - Confirm product integrity, - Check product temperatures as needed. - Stamps, initials, processes, and files invoices. - Distributes invoice copies to appropriate teams when applicable. - Follows Whole Foods Market Correct Pay Procedures - Accurately closes purchase orders in the proprietary store purchasing application. - Adheres to and meets Receiving standards as outlined in Store Process. - Distributes copies of processed paperwork to Team mailboxes and regional office. - Follows up with vendors regarding accounts payable. - Supports product Teams with accounting processes during inventory and financial period close. - Distributes all store expense invoices to Store Leadership. - Maintains baler, compactor, and all environmental areas in proper working order; ties bales, calls for can pick up, and directs service team to areas requiring attention. - Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings. We have all. Skills list: from posting: - Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures and policies. - Working knowledge and application of all WFM quality goals, food handling, safety, and other standards. - Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm. - Knowledge and ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
