Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position supports the mission of Savers / Value Village by managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure store shelves are stocked with high-quality, gently used items.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service, including but not limited to, assisting with returns, exchanges, and addressing customer complaints.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to organize store events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge related to store operations, customer service, and product handling.
• Support the store manager in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $15.50 to $20.42 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on store needs, typically ranging from part-time (20-30 hours per week) to full-time (30-40 hours per week). Some positions may require weekend and evening work.
