Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are properly displayed.
• Handle donations, sorting and accepting gently-used items for resale.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's operational goals and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
