Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory to maintain store cleanliness and orderliness
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items according to quality standards
• Support team members with training and guidance
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
