About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide exceptional service
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle donations and process returns according to policy
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Support store operations and events as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
