Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory to maintain store appearance and operational efficiency
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items received from customers and donors
• Support team members in various tasks to enhance overall store operations
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
