About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory to maintain store appearance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items received from the community.
• Support team members with training and mentorship opportunities.
• Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
