Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist with donations, sorting, and processing items received from nonprofit partners.
• Support the store manager in planning and executing promotional events and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
