Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with donations, sorting, and processing items received from nonprofit partners.
- Support the store manager in planning and executing promotional events and sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions).
