About the role
The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
- Handle donations and process returns according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
