About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle donations and process returns according to company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
