Job Description
Coverage of Operations Assessments in all US stores, including:
- Measuring operational performance by evaluating Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety, and Technology/Innovation
- Providing hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude
- Evaluating all systems in stores to ensure compliance against DPZ Standards and procedures
- Evaluating all stores in assigned area multiple times per year to meet team objectives
- Aiding teams in meeting visit goals, which may include travel outside of the assigned area
Additional Responsibilities
- Facilitating educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement
- Partnering with FBC’s/Franchisees/MCOs and Marketplace Trainers to develop additional targeted training
- Sharing best practices with the marketplace
- Participating in special programs such as Domino’s Pizza Prep School
- Participating in FBC, Franchisee, and Specialist on-boarding
- Gathering and providing specialized data upon request
- Supporting the testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches
- Acting as a resource for information to the marketplace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store, 2 years preferred
- Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred
- Role model operator with history of exceptional evaluation scores
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Profound understanding of Domino’s Pizza standards, policies, and procedures
- Appropriate level of computer and technology skills (Microsoft office)
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and diffuse volatile situations
- Outstanding communication including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Effective coaching and motivational skills, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
- Willingness to work 3-4 weekends per month
- Recommendation from Franchisee, Director of Corporate operations, or equivalent
