Store Operations Consultant Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking positive, upbeat, passionate, and determined Store Operations Consultants to work part-time representing and expanding our brand. As one of Verizon's trusted retail partners, Victra is the largest premium retailer in the United States. Responsibilities

• Assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling telecommunications products and services in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
• Multitask, use basic math skills, and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Develop sales and analytical skills while contributing to store sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Represent the store positively and provide excellent customer service.
• Learn and maintain current knowledge of all Victra/Verizon products and promotions.
• Inspire customers to purchase products and assist in preparing sales contracts.
• Process payments, answer customer queries, and provide advice on Victra/Verizon products and services.
• Advise customers on product utilization and care.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control and assist in merchandise display and store presentation.
• Handle returns courteously and professionally.
• Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control standards, and all Victra policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma (AA preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read various reports.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (accommodations available under the ADA if requested).
