The hourly rate for this role is $18.45- $20.17, based on experience Some locations may require Sunday hours. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Veteran/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO line, maybe also "Overview" is not a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Overview: maybe treat as "About the role"? The overview paragraph: "At CubeSmart, our culture makes the difference. When we say it’s what’s inside that counts, we are saying “you count”". That's a short description. Could be placed under

About the role

with a

. - Responsibilities: The posting includes a "Responsibilities" heading then a block describing benefits and responsibilities. Actually the text after "Responsibilities What CubeSmart Self-Storage offers:" includes a list of benefits (Work/Life Balance, Culture, Competitive Pay, Time Off, Financial Future, Benefits That Support Your Life) and then description of role responsibilities (customer service, property maintenance). So we need to separate responsibilities and benefits? The instruction says we can have sections: Responsibilities, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. We need to extract specifics. Let's parse: Under "Responsibilities What CubeSmart Self-Storage offers:" we have bullet-like statements separated by periods? Actually they are sentences with dash. List: - Work/Life Balance That Works for You – Enjoy primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off, giving you more time for what matters most. - A Culture You’ll Want to Be Part Of – Be part of a company that invests in its teammates, with real opportunities to grow and advance across the U.S. - Competitive Pay from Day One – Start strong with a competitive hourly rate that reflects your value. - Time Off That Grows with You – Earn Paid Time Off throughout the year, with more rewards the longer you stay. - Shape Your Financial Future – Build towards retirement and take advantage of a generous 401(k) match. - Benefits That Support Your Life – Access to affordable medical plans plus annual employer contribution to your Health Savings Account up to $1,200 for a family. These could be considered Benefits (some are benefits, some are work-life balance, culture, pay, time off, retirement, health benefits). The instruction says we should have separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule if present. So we need to extract each. Then after that: "In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will be required to manage and maintain stores within your district. This includes skills in both customer service and property maintenance. The Store Operations Associate is responsible for two key areas: Customer Service ... Property Maintenance ..." That's responsibilities. Then after that: "You’ll Love Working Here Because YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE – YOU WILL BELONG TO A TEAM – YOU WILL GROW WITH US" maybe could be part of culture but not needed. Then "Qualifications Job Requirements:" list. Then "The hourly rate for this role is $18.45- $20.17, based on experience Some locations may require Sunday hours." Thus we have Pay: hourly rate $18.45-$20.17. Schedule: mention primarily daytime hours with potential for Sundays off, ability to work Saturdays required, some locations may require Sunday hours. So schedule info: primarily daytime hours, potential Sundays off, must work Saturdays, some Sunday hours possible. We need to output sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe same as Qualifications?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should avoid thin sections. Let's see what we have substantive content for each. About the role: overview paragraph. Responsibilities: detailed duties (customer service, property maintenance). We'll list as

  • . Requirements: maybe we can combine Qualifications and Job Requirements? The posting has "Qualifications Job Requirements:" then list. That's qualifications. Could treat as Qualifications section. Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: positive outgoing personality, passion for helping people, experience delivering high quality customer service, self-driven mindset, strong operational focus, basic computer skills including MS office, ability to work Saturdays, access to personal vehicle, valid driver's license, up-to-date insurance, physical requirements (stand, sit, kneel, etc.), authorized to work in US. Those are more requirements than skills. But we could have a Skills section for basic computer skills, etc. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. Benefits: we have several benefit items: Work/Life Balance, Culture, Competitive Pay (but pay separate), Time Off, Shape Your Financial Future (401k), Benefits That Support Your Life (medical, HSA). Since we have separate Pay and Schedule sections, we should move pay and schedule info out of Benefits. So Benefits section will include: Work/Life Balance (primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off), Culture (invest in teammates, growth opportunities), Time Off (PTO accrual), Shape Your Financial Future (401k match), Benefits That Support Your Life (affordable medical plans + HSA up to $1,200 family). Also maybe mention "access to affordable medical plans plus annual employer contribution to your Health Savings Account up to $1,200 for a family." Pay: hourly rate $18.45-$20.17 based on experience. Schedule: primarily daytime hours, potential for Sundays off, ability to work Saturdays required, some locations may require Sunday hours. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have specific numbers. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
