Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Provide excellent service and build rapport with customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by performing daily operational tasks such as lock checks and showing units to customers.
- Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point-of-Sale System (POS), complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
- Manage invoice review and approval responsibilities within the database, processing invoices, managing reports, and handling legal processes related to auctions.
- Oversee the store’s expense budget, maintain store supplies, and manage retail inventory.
Requirements
- Daily walks of the property to perform tasks such as cleaning units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), and maintaining facility cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and safe storage facility by ensuring compliance with company guidelines, including clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking areas, tidy storage doors, and decluttered office space.

- Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
