Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel or ERP software.
Issue tools, equipment, PPE, uniforms, and training materials based on approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions when inventory reaches the reorder level.
Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items to prevent damage, loss, or expiry.
Maintain all store documents, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), Stock Registers, Bin Cards, and Delivery Challans.
Cook up with the Procurement, Accounts, Training, and Operations departments regarding inventory requirements.
Maintain inventory for welding, scaffolding, pipe fitting, electrical, housekeeping, office stationery, and other training equipment.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
Aid during internal and external audits by providing inventory records and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
