Store Merchandiser

About the role

Store Merchandiser role providing merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for the assigned retail territory. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm), no weekends. Personal vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
• Set up and maintain in-store planograms.
• Implement new products on store shelves.
• Work under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must have own personal vehicle and a valid Illinois driver’s license.
• One year of previous experience in retail sales or merchandising.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Comfortably interact with the public.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional appearance.
• Able to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Familiar with Excel and Word.
• Good vision and ability to operate a calculator, telephone, and copier.
• Willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer sections.
• Stand and/or walk for long periods.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $45,000 to $50,000, depending on experience. Monthly mileage reimbursement provided.
