Store Manager - Woodburn Outlet Mall

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure smooth store operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure that store displays are attractive and effectively showcase products.
• Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store layouts.
• Ensure that the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and employees.
• Work closely with Store Team to ensure proper shift hand-off; communicate any issues or concerns.
• Participate in training sessions as needed.

Knowledge and experience

• 2+ years of Retail Store Management
• Attention to detail and organization while multi-tasking
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Time management
• Problem solving
• Bi-lingual a plus

Physical Requirements

• The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• The associate must frequently stand for long periods of time.
• The associate must frequently talk or hear.
• The associate is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat.
• The associate must have the ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas.
• The associate must have the ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
