As the Store Manager with Food Service, you will oversee the preparation, quality, and presentation of freshly made Subway products. You’ll lead your team in delivering warm, friendly service and consistently delicious food to our customers—blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Subway—bringing flavorful meals to our customers every day.

• Lead and manage a food service location that features in-store preparation and cooking of Subway products, ensuring freshness and consistency throughout the day.
• Uphold and promote Subway’s food craftsmanship, ensuring all items are freshly made, properly handled, and served with care.
• Monitor and manage food prep areas, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and health regulations.
