Responsibilities

• Own daily store operations and drive overall business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
• Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
• Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent

• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards

Requirements

• Two (2+) years of sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
• Love working with people and have great communication skills
• Enjoy commission sales and helping customers find the right products and services
• Are dependable, positive, and self-motivated
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
