Store Manager (Urgently Hiring!)

About the role

We're all about tanning and wellness. This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Other duties as assigned
