Store Manager Trainee - Full-Time

Role Overview This position involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across departments. The role requires adherence to safety policies and fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly, patient assistance in person and by phone, including handling special orders.Support sales goals, merchandising, documentation, and store standards.Assist with inventory management through product ordering and stock rotation.Maintain store cleanliness and proper product storage following sanitation and 5S standards.Follow company policies and safety regulations while promoting teamwork. Qualifications & Skills Experience in retail supervision preferred.Ability to work in various store departments and temperatures.Proficiency in reading product descriptions and shelf tags.Flexible availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Strong basic math, communication, and ability to follow directions.
