About the role

Brand: Spencer's. The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience required
