Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and ensure the operation of a store, maximizing sales and profitability
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage human resources
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours
- Prior retail management experience is required
