Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and ensure the operation of a store, maximizing sales and profitability
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours
- Prior retail management experience
