About the role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintain the store’s appearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining assigned budgets and controlling expenses.
• Oversee inventory management and store operations.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and Company policies.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards and overall appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.
