About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented, dynamic store environment.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring exceptional service and solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations, including sales, budget management, expense control, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and Company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching.
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Pay

Between $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
