About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and that the store maintains a visually appealing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented environment to drive results and associate growth.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales goals and financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage inventory, control expenses, and maintain budget compliance.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security procedures.
• Act as a role model, coach, and innovator for your team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
