About the Role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is pivotal in managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

You will oversee all store operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals while maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You are responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules, Company policies, and ensuring the store always looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee store operations, including sales, budget, expenses, and inventory management.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
• Enforce safety, security, and Company policies for customers, associates, and store assets.
• Drive continuous learning, development, and education for store personnel and customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals or fumes and odors.
