Store Manager - Partridge Creek

About the role

We're looking for a Store Manager who can bring the fandom to life. Your responsibilities include leading the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a passionate team, and managing operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store achieves sales plan and/or comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative and passionate team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling
• Lead an operationally sound business with the right balance of organizational structure, delegation, and customer-first selling practices
• Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy towards hitting sales targets
• Maintain inventory and control supply ownership
• Merchandise the store compellingly, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time
• Build a bench of equally talented, passionate staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Open-minded and inquisitive about pop culture fandoms and trends
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and communicate company policies and procedures

Benefits

BoxLunch offers competitive compensation starting at $17.50 - $25 per hour, with other factors determining final salary.
