About the role
The role involves managing a team of baristas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our coffee shops.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of the store.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
