Responsibilities
- Create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals.
- Show product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales and statistical expectations.
- Develop and retain top talent.
- Motivate and engage teams by identifying strengths and providing feedback.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold team accountable for results.
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
- Manage controllable expenses to increase profitability.
- Establish trust with the team in challenging situations.
- Perform POS transactions and manage store operations.
- Schedule employees to maximize productivity.
- Model company values and provide leadership or assistance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Flexible availability to meet business needs (including evenings and weekends).
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

- Pay is based on several factors including position offered and work experience.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

- Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
